Next pitch, a fan behind the dugout yelled at the umpire and Wendestedt ejected Boone.
So Hunter is hard of hearing as well as maybe losing his eyesight.

Reminds me of a story I read as a child, I think it was about Casey Stengel. When an umpire told his team to zip it and then someone from dugout yelled one more thing. Ump said “You’re out of here.” Stengel said who did you toss? Ump named the player. Casey said ‘Better yell louder than that, I sent him to AAA last week.”
