What’s in a name?

Really ESPN? Headline reads “Ex-Stanford swimmer out of jail after 3 months” What about “Convicted rapist Brock Turner out of jail after 3 months?” Can’t imagine how some young men get the idea it’s all about how they perform as athletes.

#BrockTurner is out of jail. Hope Mexican government tells him not to try coming down for vacation, Mexico doesn’t want our “worst.”

John McEnroe doing commentary for the U.S. Open and looking a little old. Guess it won’t be long until he’s screaming “You punks cannot be serious about being on my lawn.”

As the #49ers circus gets into full gear approaching the season opener you can hear the giggles all the way from Ann Arbor. #MGoBlue

Give #ColinKaepernick credit. Until this week, who outside of the San Francisco Bay Area was paying any attention to the 2016 49ers?

If this keeps up not only will #SFGiants not be in playoffs, they will not be able to legitimately claim they are selling “game used” bats.

Stanford winning semi-comfortably in the second half against Kansas State. But have they checked in with #SFGiants?  Hard to win when you decide to get a lead and stop scoring.

From “a chicken in every pot” to “a taco truck on every corner.”. God Bless America. @realDonaldTrump @HillaryClinton

Reuters reports that Donald Trump has not paid “at least 10 top staffers, consultants and advisers. Some like Paul Manafort are no longer working for him. Maybe the Donald thinks it was enough that they worked on the biggest, the best, the very bestest campaign in history

Vladimir Putin on the DNC hacking “I don’t know anything about it, and on a state level Russia has never done this, But “the important thing is the content that was given to the public.”
Just guessing those words spoken by someone who has pretty good assurances they aren’t on the hackers list?

and yeah, alumni pride and all that. But not bad. #Nerdnation
