Great thing about living in California

State alerts us when ballot is sent. They let me know today post office has it. They will let me know when it is received. & when it is verified & counted. CA believes all eligible citizens should vote & it should be easy. What a concept.

The fight’s the thing?

Remember when I first started watching hockey as a kid that some said fights were the reason many viewers turned in.

Well, adding political fights between the US and Canada seems to have done wonders for ratings:

In December, Trump chose Caleb Vitello, a 23 yr ICE vet who was chief of staff for Enforcement and Removal Operations, as acting ICE director. Today DonOld fired Vitello from that post because he isn’t arresting and deporting people fast enough.


Since Velveeta Voldemort is upset ICE isn’t deporting enough people, why isn’t he sending agents into South Boston looking for undocumented Irish, or Brighton Beach looking for undocumented Russians?

GOP Rep Cory Mills, from Florida is being investigated over an alleged domestic violence in a DC luxury apartment that was originally not charged this week – after the victim at first partially recanted story

The alleged victim referred to Mills as her “significant other for over a year.”

Mills is married in Florida with two kids. Mills had said he might run for Rubio’s Senate seat. He seems nice

GOP North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis speaking up saying Vladimir Putin is a “cancer.” Well, he’s right, but considering Tillis knew how much Trump admires Putin maybe he shouldn’t have voted for Pete Hegseth. (For that matter does this put Thom on Kash Patel’s enemies list?)

Jen Psaki repored s that as bad as Louis DeJoy was as head of USPS, DonOld Trump was furious with DeJoy because he oversaw the 2020 pandemic election when Trump lost .

It’s ALL about petty revenge, all of it.


Buried lede in NY Times story about Trump firing military leaders. Donald at CPAC once said he met the retired 3 star General Caine he just appointed to be head of the Joint Chiefs of Staffs in 2018, claiming General Caine donned a MAGA hat, despite military guidelines that active-duty troops should not wear political paraphernalia and said “I love you, sir. I think you’re great, sir. I’ll kill for you, sir.”

Stupor Bowl plans

Well, was really hoping of the teams left that Buffalo would win their first Super Bowl.

But given the alternatives: Out of Philadelphia’s 66 wards, Trump won 5. 59 went to Harris, who got 551,845 votes in Philly compared to Trump’s 141,203. #FlyEaglesFly

Just saying. The Washington Commanders were on a seven game winning streak until DonOld Trump returned to the White House.

And it wouldn’t be a Chiefs win without a controversial call that went their way. (4th down where CBS announcers thought they made it. One ref agreed, one overruled)

Joe Biden spent weekends at Delaware beach house. MAGA -outrage over cost of secret service going with him.

Trump spends weekend in Las Vegas at his OWN hotel, where taxpayers pay inflated rates for him & Secret Service that go directly to Donald’s pocket. MAGA – crickets.

Seriously, why isn’t media on this story? Knew Trump would go to Las Vegas after visit to LA. And he had rally there today Why? Because he owns hotel in Vegas, where he stayed last night. (He could have flown back to White House on Air Force One, or had a rally in any other CA city, or any red state. But in Vegas, Don can make Secret Service stay at his hotel too & jack up rates taxpayers pay!

You know Rachel Maddow is nailing it, & getting under Velveeta Voldemort’s skin when he rants like this “Wow! Rachel Maddow has horrible ratings. She’ll be off the air very soon.” Don’t watch much cable news now, but if you needed another reason to watch Rachel (and Lawrence)
