In Indiana being in State Senate isn’t even a full time job. It pays just $32,070 per year, with nothing like congressional power (or security) Many GOP got death threats over redestricting. And yet they stood tall against Trump. Unlike GOP cowards in Washington.

GOP in Ohio is attacking Amy Acton, the former state health director who’s now running for governor as a Democrat over lockdowns etc during COVID. But term-limited Governor Mike DeWine is responding, “The decisions that were made during COVID, they were my decisions, so no one should blame someone else if they don’t like it. The buck stops with me,”

Not a fan of DeWine but he is a conservative with a soul. Increasingly rare these days.

As Trump keeps trying to find judges and courts who will support his retribution efforts against Letitia James and James Comey a simple question – how many of our US taxpayer dollars are we spending on his petty vendettas?

After repeated cajoling and the threats from Donald Trump on a redistricting plan that would have eliminated ALL Democratic congressional seats in the state, Indiana GOP Senators voted the bill down 31-19.

(and this in Indiana, where Republicans hold a 40-10 supermajority in the State Senate.)

Sounds like Hoosiers don’t like mob threats. Good for them. First Mike Pence and now the Indiana Senate. I think I might have to root for the Hoosiers to win the College Football National Championship.
