Something else about the Rescissions act. If this is now precedent, means that if Democrats take the House and Senate next year, they can take back any money Trump makes GOP authorize spending for this year!

The Rescissions Act takes back money that Democrats and Republicans agreed to on a bipartisan basis. Republicans need 60 votes to pass their next budget. So why should GOP expect ANY cooperation in 2025 from Dems now that they are destroying the deal they agreed to last year?
