For those who wondered why players like Judge and Ohtani weren’t in the Home Run extra inning competition, apparently they had left the stadium when their innings were over…. presumably on the way to their vacations. .

Don’t get me wrong, love SF Giants’ Randy Rodriguez too. But really would have loved to see Tyler Rogers in that 1st & 2nd nobody out situation in 7th vs Brent Rooker. (When Rooker hit a 3 run home run). Maybe he rolls over on 75 MPH curve.

Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker says he is very concerned & troubled about rescission bill with cruel cuts Trump wants, but he’ll vote for it anyway.

Wicker is 74 years old. Presume he’s not that ambitious beyond US Senate. So why is he selling out children around the world & here in USA

Conservative pundit Larry Kudlow claims that while inflation is up airfare and hotel/motel prices are down.

IF airline fares and hotel/motel prices are actually down…then the reason for that is that they can’t fill their seats/rooms Which makes sense, inbound travel is falling off a cliff and wonder how many Americans have decided they can’t afford to travel?

Lisa Murkowski at least wasa no vote on rescissions bill.

Will never get over her yes vote on Big Beautiful Betrayal, but Lisa was right now.

“We need to be doing more as Senators, with our constitutional authorities, the power of the purse….” Understatement of the year.

(now if she can talk to at least one of her colleagues for the final vote)

If you’re GOP Senator wringing hands over the need to cut $9 billion to ALREADY approved foreign aid and NPR/PBS funding because of the national debt.

But you also voted to add trillions to national debt for tax cuts for billionaires. May I respectfully suggest you STFU?
