There are other GOP Senators who know Amy Klobuchar is correct; it’s a Big Beautiful Betrayal. They could follow Tillis. Or announce intention to resign. They’d sleep better, get well-paying job if they want, or write book that would sell much better than Jake Tapper’s

If the Big Beautiful Betrayal really contained good things for most Americans, Fox News would be highlighting them nonstop.

And the Big Beautiful Betrayal voting marathon continues on Monday a reminder how much state elections matter. The closest 2024 Senate rate was in Pennsylvania…. what a difference it could have made to have Democrat Bob Casey still as U.S. Senator from the state. And make it 52-48.

Anyone who thought Mitch McConnell was trying to save his soul by voting against Trump on a few occasions this year, think again.

He hasn’t issued as much as a whimper against the Big Beautiful Betrayal.

GOP Big Beautiful Betrayal would be so awful for so many Americans in both red and blue states that it’s hard to imagine they think they can pass it and ever win an election again. Are Republicans planning ever to have an election again?
