MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said baseball may test robot umps with automated balls-strikes for 2025 spring training, but won’t commit to any changes, saying that the league has “technical issues surrounding the definition of the strike zone” that need to be ironed out.
In the meantime, not even a limited challenge system?
Most teams in baseball are within in a few games of a wild card berth this season. What are the odds that one of them misses the postseason due to a missed strikeout or walk?

Elon Musk says he’s moving Twitter & SpaceX to Texas because new CA law simply prohibits forcing educators to notify families if student’s gender identity changes. He claims move is to “protect children.” In Texas a 10 yr old child rape victim has to carry pregnancy to term.

And while we’re at it, on Musk’s declaration that he is moving Twitter and SpaceX from California to Texas to protect children – one more word: Uvalde.

Btw, anyone told Musk that, for starters, 300,000 people in Houston were still without power Tuesday.?
Elon Musk also becomes the latest billionaire spending a fortune (apparently $45 million a month just to one PAC) to elect Trump… Isn’t it time for the media to stop talking about Trump as a populist? It’s ALL about the tax cuts.

President Biden said since COVID hit US has added 1,000 more billionaires. They’re paying about 8% in taxes. Joe Biden wants them to pay 25%. Many billionaires don’t want to pay a penny more than they’re paying. That’s why they’re buying media and trying to buy this election.
