Saw Bill Clinton in 1991. Since then have seen every Democratic president(and former President Carter) plus over 30 candidates speak in person. Biden even in 2009 was lousy speaker. But governing is about doing the job & more importantly, hiring good people to support you. Joe hires & trusts, great people.
