NBA refused Andrew Wiggins religious exemption request for COVID-19 vaccine so Wiggins got vaccinated & can now play in SF. Guessing Wiggins decided he wasn’t quite relying on Philippians 4:19 “My God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”

Apparently Urban Meyer, 57 and married, had some embarrassing pictures in a bar with young women in Ohio.

Uh, Meyer ignored allegations about his players at OSU after ignoring allegation about his players at Florida whch may have resulted in Aaron Hernandez getting away with murder and then killing again. Karma always defers the coin toss

Beaches in Huntington Beach, California are closed after a massive oil spill… Uh, this is the same Huntington Beach where they regularly mock mask mandates… so why don’t they just tell themselves the oil is harmless too?

Sorry. But SNL opening night skit featuring Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin with brief mention of Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, but nothing on Rules Commitee Chair Amy Klobuchar, or moderates like Mark Warner or Jon Tester, isn’t helping Americans’ image of the Senate.

If you drop out of college because you won’t get a vaccine then you probably weren’t very educable in the first place.

Again, why are we seeing stories about random healthcare professionals who get fired for refusing COVID-19 vaccine? Instead of the majority who do the right thing. I guess it’s a story when someone refuses to follow speed limits and causes a massive car crash too.

So the world isn’t perfect. But on a positive note, at least we had a weekend with a President who wasn’t rage-tweeting from his golf course!

And once again, all the headlines seem to be about two senators. Maybe one reason Americans have a negative view of government is that controversy gets you media coverage & getting things done doesn’t. Media – PLEASE pay more attention to the work horses not the show horses.
