Served very cold.

So the Miami Dolphins were leading 14-7 after three quarters against the Buffalo Bills, and ended up losing 21-14.

Now the Dolphins will have to travel to Kansas City this weekend for a wild card game where the temperature will be about 0 at kickoff (plus wind) and may go lower.

Trump and his lawyers assert he the right to assassinate people unless he is impeached and convicted in the Senate. Jamie Raskin “So what’s to keep him from murdering members of the Senate so he won’t be convicted. He can’t be prosecuted for it.”

Trump’s lawyer says a President even has immunity from assassinating his political rivals if he is not impeached and convicted. Did Putin give them that idea? Sounds like Republicans running for President should stay away from windows.

Stephen Colbert sums it up “So to recap. Trump & his lawyers arguing President ought to be able to murder his political opponents & then cannot be prosecuted unless he is impeached. So he has God-like powers as long as his party controls Senate. I just want to say “Please vote.”

Uncouplings

Aaron Rodgers says he will not play this season, adding it was “unrealistic to think that I would be 100 % medically cleared at any point during the regular season” but he WOULD have played if Jets weren’t elminated from the playoffs.

Uh, so why does a man who so completely rejects medical science on vaccines think he needs to pay attention to anything doctors say anyway?

After the College Football Playoff snubbed the Seminoles, apparently: Florida State is considering leaving the ACC and joining another conference..

Why don’t these teams just give up the pretence and form conferences as NFL minor leagues.

While Senate confirmed 11 top military nominees today, they do not yet have agreement on aid to Ukraine. But Michael Bennet who had blocked passage of FAA reauthoritzation to get Senate to return this week, is lifting his hold before the holidays. Because he’s not a crazy person.

So right-wing mediar in uproar because someone forgot to put President Biden’s son on official passenger list traveling back with Joe to White House on Marine One today “after Hunter defied House subpoena.”

For all that GOP & right-wing attacks Joe Biden over Hunter Biden, imagine if the President had disowned his only surviving son, or simply pretended he didn’t exist. (as a certain ex-President does with his youngest son.) Same haters would be all over him for being a bad father.

As frequent traveler know in Europe, Americans can blend in. But in say, Asia, or Latin America it’s clear you aren’t local. Wonder how those who shrug off Texas Gov. Abbott’s “show me your papers” new law would feel if police stopped them regularly on streets while traveling?
