Send in the clowns

Am I the only one who didn’t know, or care about Jake Paul fighting Mike Tyson?

Mike Johnson, who now wants to bury the results of an Ethics investigation against an alleged pedophile, has given up talking to his Christian God in favor of talking to his Orange God.

Trump worshipping Republicans seem to be fine with a man being attorney general they wouldn’t trust to drive their daughters home.

Almost as if Wall Street doesn’t like chaos… From NY Times “Stocks Fall as Wall Street’s Election Enthusiasm Subsides.’

All you need to know about Kash Patel was Amy Klobuchar being asked about him by Jake Tapper. “I don’t know him but Bill Barr at the time when he was Trump’s AG, when Patel was considered for another position said “Over my dead body would I put this person in.”

Mike Pence is opposing RFK Jr. for HHS Secretary because he says he’s too pro abortion?!! Despite what T.S. Eliot said about the last temptation, at this point think I and millions in our country will happily take someone “doing the right thing for the wrong reason.”

So which company is doing background checks for Matt Gaetz and Tulsi Gabbard and where are they located in Russia?

So if a President has unlimited power and can make recess appointments, why doesn’t President Biden just appoint all the judges he wants as soon as Congress adjourns for the year. For that matter, what is stopping Joe from expanding the Supreme Court before he leaves?

Trump popular vote margin was smaller than both Biden’s and Obama’s (and for that matter, Hillary’s.)

And with California still counting, it’s shrinking by the day.

Jamie Dimon: “I wish the president well” but “I’ve not had a boss in 25 years, and I’m not ready to start”

So since Jamie said no, of course Trump has to post that Dimon won’t be invited to join his administration. (Donald, even your voters don’t believe you)

As many conservative GOP Senators now worry about deciding whether to confirm Trump’s nominees or being primaried by his sycophants bankrolled by Musk, your reminder. Had more of them just voted to impeach Donald after January 6, this wouldn’t be an issue.

One of my favorite headlines, from the Tucson Star

“Kari Lake comes closer than in past to conceding campaign loss”

I guess Kari’s lost enough times she’s finally getting better at it?

And more good news, because we need it. Ob-gyn Kelly Morrison was elected to the U.S. House from Minnesota, in the district Dean Phillips chose not to run again because he was running for President.

Dr. Morrison is going to be such an improvement over Drop out Dean

So Mitch McConnell refused even to bring Obama SCOTUS nominee Merrick Garland to the Senate floor because he said it was the Senate’s duty to “advise and consent.” Where’s the Turtle’s pushback on the idea of recess appointments?

Lawrence O’Donnell refers to Elon as being like the little dog Fala who followed FDR around and I am so here for it.

All this blame game about who voted for Trump. How about the approximately 1/3 of eligible voters in this country who didn’t vote? They’re about to find out. Both parties are not the same.
