Hey, my fellow Democrats and the media. Can we stop letting Donald Trump talk about his “Golden Age” without calling it what it really is? A second “Gilded Age.”
For those who forgot or didn’t learn the history “Historians saw Gilded Age as a time of of materialistic excesses marked by widespread political corruption. The Gilded Age was also an era of poverty as high concentration of wealth became more visible and contentious.”

AG Pick Pam Bondi asked last week in confirmation hearing about convictions of those who violently assaulted Capitol police on Jan. 6. “Let me be very clear in speaking to you, I condemn any violence on a law enforcement officer in this country.” That aged well.
I’m so old that I remember when I disagreed with Republicans on many policies but when we agreed that injuring police officers was wrong.

Marco Rubio confirmed 99-0 by the Senate to be Secretary of State.
Most Democrats disagree with Rubio on many issues. But they understand Marco is a competent person who is capable of doing the job. Unlike several at least of DonOld’s nominees.
To all those who voted for Velveeta Voldemort saying they just wanted change or didn’t want Kamala Harris and told themselves “He won’t be that bad…” Yes he is that bad. Maybe worse.
