Sometimes people ask why I’m a Democrat; , one reason is that I’m an optimist. And I want to believe that Obama is right.

Also Barack Obama – “We do not need four more years of bluster and bumbling and chaos. We’ve seen that movie before, and we know the sequel is usually worse.” Hope the DNC is using super-strong mics, because they’re getting dropped this week. A lot.

Jason Carter “My grandfather can’t wait to vote for Kamala Harris.” Jimmy Carter will be 100 in October. To anyone on the fence about voting in 2024 “What’s your excuse?

Meanwhile, while the Democratic National Convention is a joyful optimistic lovefest, DonOld is talking about possibly appointing RFK Jr. to role in his administration if Jr endorses him. Okay, that’s pathetic and beyond weird..
