The Mets then DFA’ed him. But if they really wanted to punish Lopez, they could have traded him to the White Sox.

As we approach the NBA and NHL Stanley Cup Finals, imagine what it would be like if one team said “We’re going to win the championship unless it’s rigged. And if we lose we are not going to accept the results.” That’s where today’s GOP is now..
imagine if the losing team in the NHL finals said if they didn’t win they’d try to stop the victory parade and steal the Stanley Cup.
