RIP Dick Butkus, 80. My dad used to tell me I saw him play in 1st college football game he took me to at University of Illinois in 1962. I was 3 so sadly. don’t remember it. Apparently I liked game just fine until halftime & they shot off cannon in William Tell Overture… (Then apparently I screamed, a lot.)

Just for fun non-politcal tweet — For those claiming NY Yankees didn’t make playoffs only due to superior division. 2-3 of 3 wld card teams from NL East. including 99 win Blue Jays.. Both were swept. Only Baltimore Orioles remain.

Media attacked Hillary Clinton nonstop because her secure private email server MIGHT have put our national security at risk. Velveeta Voldemort’s bragging about details of US nuclear submarine secrets gets less coverage than Biden’s dog Commander biting Secret Service agents.

CDC study found 63% of those hospitalized this year for COVID were over 65, only 24% of those up to date on COVID vaccines. This group was also nearly 90% of COVID -related deaths. No wonder GOP working so hard on voter suppression. Their anti-vax leaders are killing their base.

Guess it’s already time to retire the Kevin McCarthy cocktail. Russian vodka originally straight up, but mixed with sour orange & bitters puts it on the rocks.
