Federal appeals court with all GOP nominees ruled to limit access to mifepristone for safety reasons, saying FDA had overstepped to allow prescriptions to be filled by mail. Uh, if we’re talking safety how about a suit limiting Viagra by mail. We KNOW sex isn’t safe for many men.

Trump fundraising email today, claiming he gets asked “Sir, why keep fighting? Why not just walk away?” Uh, maybe because if he ends up a convicted felon he may not be ABLE to walk away.

So as we digest the indictments out of Fulton county…. Governor Ron DeSantis has gotten rid of TWO elected Florida prosecutors in 14 months. Time to ask the question, is it just a show of power? Or is Ron worried that an honest prosecutor might someday (soon) go after him?

The Daily Beast reports suspended Texas AG Ken Paxton, facing an impeachment trial, had a fake Uber account under the name “Dave P” to hide an affair with a former Capitol staffer, “booking rides to see her more than a dozen times in 2020”.

Paxton is a married “family values” Republican who sends out regular Christmas cards featuring his four children and now grandchildren.

Tropical Storm Hilary could become a hurricane and hit the Southwestern United States and Mexico later this week. Hoping the storm doesn’t hurt anyone but have to say it would be far more karmic if Hilary was heading straight for the coast near either Bedminster or Mar-A-Lago.

On Gumps- “166-year-old luxury SF retailer” – claiming crime may make them close. Gumps family sold in 1975, store filed bankruptcy in 2018 & was bought cheap by NY investment bankers. Not dismissing crime, but for years many have stopped buying pricey dust-collecting stuff.
